Analyst Reports and Enhanced Security

Analyst Reports has been added to the Custom Reports feature in Portal. Starting in January, reports that meet the migration criteria will begin migrating to Portal from Workbench.

Questions and Answers

No more switching between Workbench and Portal! You can now respond to consumer questions from within Portal. We’ve simplified workflows in the List and Detail views, making answering consumer questions faster and more efficient.

Q&A Dashboard

Q&A Content Dashboard and Q&A Executive Summary are now one in Portal Insights. This gives you a unified location for your Q&A insights, where you can track question and answer volumes, average response times, and helpful answers.

Manage Families 

View and modify all your product data in one place, including product family configuration. You no longer need to open a different application to configure the more complex product families.The new Manage Families feature in the Portal offers feature parity with Workbench, so all Portal families can now be viewed and managed from within Portal.

Validate Product Feed

Validating your product feed is now done automatically as part of your product feed import process. You can view any errors or warnings associated with your feed, as well as view details of Incomplete Feeds.

Don’t miss these additional new features: 

  • Instance navigator: We made it easier to navigate by removing unnecessary clicks.  
  • Expanded file formats accepted: Upload .TXT files directly to the Monitoring Tool for transaction data uploads without converting to .XML.
  • Shopper details visible on mobile: Shoppers make more informed purchases by reading reviews from their peers.
