In anticipation of the Workbench retirement on March 31, 2025, we’re excited to announce that the Bazaarvoice Portal will become your one-stop-shop for managing your Ratings & Reviews UGC programs, from catalog to key metrics. Over the next six months, we’ll roll out new features in the Portal to enhance your experience. These enhancements include:
