Essentials – Ratings & Reviews
In an Essentials Package, a retailer looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC (User Generated Content) (ratings & reviews) has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection with robust content authentication, moderation, and Display templates. Essentials package includes the ability to receive reviews from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network as well as respond to reviews on their own site. The Essentials package comes with automated reporting enabled through their own client dashboard and access to self-service resource hub. Includes Standard support.
Advanced – Ratings & Reviews
A retailer selecting the Advanced Package, looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A), has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection and Display standard templates and other functionality offered in the Essentials Package. The Advanced package also allows retailers the ability to collect reviews via text message. The Advanced package allows retailers the ability to Receive reviews from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network as well as respond to reviews & questions on their own site. The Advanced package comes with SEO. In addition to the dashboard and automated reporting, the Advanced Package enables deeper Insights reporting and allows access to annual instructor-led training, annual program performance reviews, and a designated client success manager. Includes Standard support.
Enterprise – Ratings & Reviews
The Enterprise package offers all the functionality in the Advanced package. The Enterprise package also allows a retailer to customize their Collection and Display of UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A), as well as receive content from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network. In addition to the standard templates, Enterprise clients have full API access and the ability to customize the collection and display of content, including the use of Bazaarvoice’s Review Highlight feature. Enterprise brands and retailers can respond to reviews and questions on their own site, both through the platform or through the API. Also included are biannual program performance reviews, content strategy and program design consulting. Includes Standard support.
Distribute only
Marketplace – Ratings & Reviews
Marketplace Distribute enables a third-party business selling their products directly to consumers through an online retail marketplace and working with a third-party Ratings & Reviews provider who is an approved member of the Bazaarvoice Partner Program, to send their collected content to marketplace destinations at retailers on the Bazaarvoice Network that operate retail marketplaces for the contracted term period. This content allows consumers to view moderated review content submitted by other consumers that may be relevant and/or helpful to the end users’ purchase decision. Marketplace Distribute content is moderated by Bazaarvoice before it is made publicly available. Includes Standard support. This service provides support for client implementation of distribution of reviews into the BV network.
Essentials – Ratings & Reviews
In an Essentials Package, clients can send their collected content to 1 retailer on the Bazaarvoice Network for display during the contracted term period. Includes Standard support.
Advanced – Ratings & Reviews

The Advanced package also allows clients the ability to collect reviews via text message. Also included is functionality offered in the Essentials Package. Includes dashboard and automated reporting. Advanced also allows access to annual instructor-led training, annual program performance reviews, and a designated client success manager. Includes Standard support.

Marketplace Collect Distribute enables a third-party business selling their products directly to consumers through an online retail marketplace to Collect and Distribute UGC (ratings & reviews) by accessing features that include a web submission form, email review collection, content authentication, moderation, UGC program insights, conversion reports (pixel), and UGC program data exports. Marketplace Collect Distribute also includes access to a self-service resource hub. The content collected may only be distributed to marketplace destinations at retailers on the Bazaarvoice Network that operate retail marketplaces for as long as the retailer allows. Clients can measure basic review insights. Content is owned by the client, with unlimited exports. Includes privacy management and product catalog management. Includes Standard support. This service also provides support for client implementation of the collection of reviews on their site based on the purchased software package features. The Core Implementation Consulting Service offers clients a designated delivery resource and a standard implementation timeline with messages-based project management and status updates.

Advanced – Bazaarvoice Vibe Solution
In an Advanced Package, a brand or retailer has all the features in essentials plus additional tools to automate workflows, amplify content across channels and advanced AI to save time. This includes unlimited users, ingest IG content from 25 profiles, dedicated Client Success Manager. In Creator Marketing access unlimited campaigns & social boosting, request Creator Managed Services. In Social Media Management access GenAI advanced tools to maximize efficiency, attribute revenue to social efforts. In Social Commerce access GenAI advanced tools for content performance. Receive a dedicated Client Success Manager, guided 90 day onboarding, up to 2 annual business reviews and up to 6 annual strategy sessions.
Enterprise – Bazaarvoice Vibe Solution
In an Enterprise Package, a brand or retailer has all the features in advanced plus access to tools best built for brands and retailers with big growth goals, fueled by large-scale, integrated content, commerce, and creator strategies. This includes unlimited users, ingest IG content from 50 profiles, guided 90-day onboarding, annual Business Reviews (4), annual Strategy Sessions (12). For Creator Marketing, attribute revenue to creator efforts. Social Commerce maximizes impact by unifying social & ecommerce tools (as described in individual Social Commerce packages below). Receive a dedicated Client Success Manager, guided 90 day onboarding, up to 4 annual business reviews and up to 12 annual strategy sessions and Premier access to advocacy programs.
Essentials – Bazaarvoice Vibe – Creator Marketing
In an Essentials Package, brands and retailers can get started with the basics to efficiently manage their Creator Marketing strategy. Clients can ingest IG content from 5 profiles and access unlimited users, AI Creator Search – Text & Image based, verified Influenster Pro creators (beta), unlimited creator lists and tracking, unlimited creator outreach, up to 10 creator campaigns, usage rights expiration tracking.
Advanced – Bazaarvoice Vibe – Creator Marketing
In an Advanced Package, a brand or retailer can scale the quantity of active campaigns, boost creator content on Meta and TikTok, and request Creator Managed Services for an additional fee. Clients can ingest IG content from 25 profiles and access ambassador management, creator ad permissions for Meta and TikTok, automated rights detection, creator campaign services. This is in addition to essentials features.
Enterprise – Bazaarvoice Vibe – Creator Marketing
In an Enterprise Package, leverage the ability to attribute revenue to creator marketing efforts, scale content ingestion to up to 50 handles and benefit from AI tools such as content recommendations and social listening.
