Trend Reports
To replace the recurring alerts feature, we’ve introduced new templates in Portal Reports. You can now receive reports about trends occurring across your Ratings & Review or Questions & Answers. For example, you can set up reports for the top 20 products with the most improved rating or the most unanswered questions.

Portal and Manage Content Alerts
Stay proactive with event-triggered alerts that notify you of potential issues as they occur! To replace event-triggered alerts, we’ve added a new alerts feature to Portal. You can now view and manage alerts in one place, or easily create new alerts from within Reviews or Questions and Answers.

Migrate Content
Keep your content where it belongs with the new Migrate Content feature available for Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers! Easily move misplaced reviews and questions to the right product, ensuring feedback stays accurate and connected even when product IDs change.

- Report recipient status: We added a new column to the Reports list view that makes it easier to identify if any of your report recipients cannot receive a report.
- Product Feed Alerts for Catalog imports: You can now configure proactive alerts to receive notifications if your product feed experiences errors or warnings during an import. Learn how.
